Incredible view, amazing restaurant, great staff. Parking onsite which made things easier. Our room had a lake view and was gorgeous to wake up to. The restaurant view was amazing as well.
We didn't have a view of the lake, I wish we did. This is a new or updated facility, it is quiet and enjoyable
The views and the restaurant
Clean, modern, amazing view
We chose this hotel to stay at over Christmas and it was lovely. The view from our room was wonderful, the room itself was spacious and very comfortable. Without exception all the staff were very friendly , helpful and kind. The breakfast options were delicious and the restaurant was spacious, relaxed and had a fantastic view of lake and mountains. The lounge and bar was a very cosy place to while away a few hours reading, writing postcards, playing cards or just generally chilling! Queenstown is a short drive away down the hill.

A stunning and peaceful view in the lake view room, wonderful food with great and friendly service from the waitresses in the restaurant. Great quiet location, short distance from the buzz of the city center

It was a beautiful place to relax after the Milford sound 4 day trek Lovely lounge area for snack and drinks a lovely place to sit and look at the view. The restaurant area although not large catered to a lot of people enjoying the space.

The view and it was nice and peaceful in the rooms and restaurant . The restaurant was really good despite not having much variety for the kids breakfast. The bathrooms was stocked well with necessities. Complimentary parking.
I liked that it wasn’t in the middle of Queenstown.
